IMPORTANT 2025 VACATION PAYOUT INFORMATION

LETTER FROM BOILERMAKERS VACATION TRUST:
We’re reaching out to inform you about an important update regarding the 2025 Vacation Payouts for Boilermaker members.
Starting this year, all vacation checks will be mailed directly to individual members beginning December 1, 2025, as part of our effort to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Key Details:
- Check Date & Availability:
Checks will be dated December 1, 2025. Please note: No funds will be available in the Trust account until that date. If a member attempts to cash or deposit the check before 12/1/25, it may be returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF).
- Mailing Information: Checks will be sent via standard mail to each member’s address currently on file. We strongly encourage members to sign up for Direct Deposit (ACH) to avoid mailing delays and ensure timely receipt. A copy of a voided check is required to submit with this form. Please note the last day to submit the direct deposit form is October 31, 2025.
- Member Action Required: Members should verify and update their mailing address with us immediately if it has changed. If a member does not receive their check within two weeks after December 1st, they should contact us for assistance with a possible reissue.
